Take 78 guests on an annual three-night incentive to a sunshine destination that mixes relaxation with exciting activities. Our client wanted to incentivise its key sales team with a trip that drove performance.

Guests were greeted with welcome drinks on the beach, while being serenaded by a steel drum soloist, making them feel right at home in their beachside paradise.
They were then treated to an evening of fine dining, with three individual groups eating at the finest restaurants on the West coast of Barbados.
As well as getting into island life, lying back on sun loungers and swimming in the ocean, we took the group for a day trip on a catamaran, with tropical cocktails, BBQ, music, swimming and snorkeling.
Taking it up a notch, we arranged an exhilarating race around the island in jeeps. The group had things to find and activities to be won as they motored through the streets. The race culminated with lunch at the famous ‘De Outback Shack’ where true Bajan hospitality was laid on.
The final night saw a spectacular gala dinner on the beach, with cocktails and canapes, a fire eater, sumptuous BBQ buffet and dancing on the sand to the sounds of a local live band.
